Help Us Raise $30,000 for K9s For Warriors

October 2, 2026

The 1-800-SWEEPER Foundation is raising $30,000 for K9s For Warriors to support an extraordinary mission: pairing rescued dogs with military veterans who need a trusted service companion.

Through its partnership with K9s For Warriors, the 1-800-SWEEPER Foundation is helping fund the rescue, care, training, and placement of a certified service dog for a veteran living with the invisible wounds of military service.

One Goal. Two Lives Changed.

The $30,000 campaign goal represents the full cost of preparing one K9s For Warriors service dog team. That support helps a rescue dog receive the care, food, training, and guidance needed to become a highly trained service animal. It also gives a veteran the opportunity to build a life with greater independence, confidence, and connection.

Many of these dogs come from high-kill shelters. With the right training and care, they are given a second chance at life—and in turn, they can help a veteran find one, too.

Supporting Veterans Beyond the Uniform

Many veterans return home carrying challenges that cannot always be seen. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, traumatic brain injury, and other service-related trauma can affect daily life, relationships, and a veteran’s sense of independence.

K9s For Warriors works to help veterans facing these challenges by pairing them with trained service dogs. These dogs provide more than companionship. They can help interrupt anxiety, create a sense of safety, support daily routines, and bring steady, nonjudgmental connection to a veteran’s life.

The mission is clear: help prevent veteran suicide while giving both veterans and rescue dogs a new path forward.

A Nationwide Industry Coming Together

The 1-800-SWEEPER Foundation brings together companies, employees, customers, and supporters throughout the sweeping industry to make this campaign possible. Every contribution moves the Foundation closer to its $30,000 goal and helps demonstrate what can happen when an industry unites around a purpose bigger than business.

Whether your gift is large or small, it supports a life-changing program that rescues dogs, honors veterans, and strengthens communities.
