Right now, we’re actively hiring for two key roles. We have Landscape team members needed for 1st shift in Darlington, and we’re also hiring Sweeper Drivers for 3rd shift in both Darlington and Conway. These are essential roles in our operation, and they directly impact the quality and reputation of the properties we service every day.

Every shopping center, commercial property, and business we service relies on us to help them look their best. When a customer pulls into a clean parking lot or sees a well-maintained landscape, that first impression matters. That’s what we do. We create that first impression.
SouthCo Positions Open
If you join our team as a Sweeper Driver, you’ll be working independently during third shift, operating one of our vacuum sweeping trucks. You’ll run a route, clean parking lots, handle debris, and make sure everything looks right before the morning traffic hits. It’s hands-on work, and it requires responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability. You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, but we’ll train you on the equipment and processes. If you’re dependable and willing to learn, we can teach the rest.
If you’re more interested in working outdoors during the day, our Landscape team might be the better fit. This is first-shift work focused on maintaining commercial properties—keeping lawns clean, trimming, and making sure everything looks professional and well cared for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in seeing the results of their effort right in front of them.
